Amanda Cates D.Ch., Owner and Lead Chiropodist of London Family Foot Clinic, completed her undergrad degree at the University of Western Ontario with a specialization in Biology. With a passion for health care, Amanda went on to complete a graduate advanced diploma of Health Sciences in Chiropody at the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences in 2012. After gaining several years of clinical experience and a passion for improving the foot health of patients, she founded London Family Foot clinic in 2017. Amanda’s area of special interest include pediatrics, sports medicine and orthotics. She is committed to providing comprehensive care and personalized treatment plans to patients of all ages. Amanda's expertise and gentle approach make her a trusted professional in the field of Chiropody. Amanda is on the board of directors for the Ontario society of Chiropodist and the chair of the continuing education committee. In her spare time Amanda loves camping, canoeing and traveling with her husband and 2 boys.

Teresa Diaz Martinez B. Pod. is an experienced chiropodist who brings a wealth of knowledge to our clinic. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Podiatry from the European University of Madrid and has a background as a Registered Nurse. With many years of practice, Teresa has developed a strong foundation in biomechanical assessment, diabetic foot assessment, therapeutic injections, and nail surgeries. Her commitment to patient care and expertise in various treatments make her an invaluable member of our team. During her free time Teresa loves dancing and spending time with her family and friends.

Son Hee Jin D.Ch. is a skilled chiropodist who graduated from the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences in 2017. Her areas of special interest lie in the biomechanics of all ages and nail surgery. With a deep understanding of how foot mechanics affect overall health, Son Hee Jin is committed to providing comprehensive assessments and customized treatment plans to her patients. Her expertise in biomechanics and nail surgery make her an integral part of our clinic. Son Hee is an avid hiker and rock climber. She loves traveling and exploring new places she has not seen around the world.

He provides comprehensive foot care services and appropriate management planning to improve the well-being of his patients. He has a history of working with high-risk patients through his placement at Ottawa General Hospital in their outpatient wound clinic. Adam has a passion for patient care and a commitment to professional development in the field. Adam’s dedication to the field of chiropody makes him an integral part of our team. Fun facts about Adam are that he is a triplet and that he’s from London, Ontario.

Katie Fulton D. Ch combines expertise, compassion, and a true passion for foot health. She earned her Honours Specialization in Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University before completing her Chiropody training at the Michener Institute. With experience in both the Michener Chiropody Clinic and multiple practices across the Kitchener-Waterloo region, she delivers skilled, personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs. Inspired by her own foot health journey, Katie understands the impact healthy feet have on overall well-being. She stays up to date with the latest advancements to ensure the best possible outcomes for her patients. Outside the clinic, Katie enjoys the outdoors, baking, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. She looks forward to welcoming you and helping you take confident, pain-free steps forward.

Foot Care Nurse
Nicole is a Registered Practical Nurse with training in advanced and diabetic foot care. With experience in acute inpatient settings and long-term care, she brings a valuable nursing perspective to our clinic. She helps patients maintain healthy feet through routine foot care, wound care, and diabetic foot assessments, with a focus on detecting and preventing complications and supporting long-term foot health in collaboration with our chiropodists. Nicole takes a gentle and compassionate approach to every visit. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors in nature, exploring new foods, and being with friends and family.
